We're offering live demo sessions at various times to ensure they're accessible to everyone, as well as a hands-on experience on April 30th for you to try using the new tool at your own pace. We look forward to seeing you at a time that suits you best. We’ll also raffle off multiple gift cards to The Salt Line and other raffle items, so make sure you complete and return a questionnaire to enter the raffle!
We'll introduce three key new systems:
- Ellucian Experience – replacing Ask Banner
- Ellucian Insights - real-time reports and dashboards for access to timely, relevant information
- Cognomos Course Match – replacing pre-registration
During these sessions, you'll see demonstrations of features we plan to implement for students, faculty, and staff, including:
- Viewing class schedules, grades, transcripts, and course information
- Tools for pre-registration and registration
- Access to financial aid, student accounts, dining, and other campus services
- Real-time reports and dashboards for access to timely, relevant information
You'll also have the opportunity to meet our implementation partners from Ellucian and Cognomos, ask questions, and share feedback with the project team.
